These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Indore Tech Valley, including access to coworking spaces, website features, and related resources. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have the permission of a legal guardian. By registering with us, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Use of Services

• Respect the working environment, community members, and staff.
• Do not use the premises or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Keep your workstation clean and free from hazardous items.

4. Workspace Access

Workspace access is provided according to the specific plan selected by the user. To ensure a productive and respectful environment for all, the following terms apply:

• Access to shared and private spaces is limited to the hours and facilities outlined in your membership or booking plan.
• All shared spaces must be vacated promptly after your allotted time to allow seamless usage by other members.
• Any misuse of facilities, including unauthorized access, disruption to other users, or damage to property, may result in immediate suspension or revocation of access without any refund.

Continued access is subject to adherence with our community guidelines and code of conduct.

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payments must be made in advance. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

• If a booking is cancelled 2 days or more before the booking date, a 100% refund will be issued.
• If cancelled 1 day prior, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If cancelled before 24 hours of booking date, no refund will be provided.

Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Internet and Network Usage

Our internet facilities are for professional use only. Downloading illegal content or using excessive bandwidth may result in restricted access or termination of services.

7. Data Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties without your consent.

8. Security and Liability

While we take security seriously, Indore Tech Valley is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. You are responsible for securing your own devices and valuables.

9. Termination

Indore Tech Valley reserves the right to terminate services or restrict access to the facility under the following conditions:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement, including misuse of the workspace or non-compliance with policies.
• Engagement in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior that negatively impacts other members or staff.
• Failure to make timely payments or repeated breaches of booking and usage rules.

In such cases, termination may occur with immediate effect and without refund. We also reserve the right to pursue legal remedies if necessary.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Indore Tech Valley does not offer any shipping or delivery services. All payments made on our platform are for in-person services only, and no physical goods will be shipped. Users are expected to avail services at our physical location as per their booking.

11. Modifications to Terms

Indore Tech Valley may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
