Booking Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness in workspace allocation and service planning.

Refund Eligibility
  • 90% Refund: Cancellations made at least 2 days before the booking date.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made 1 day before the booking date.
  • Cancellations cannot be made within 1 day of the booking date.
  • For cancellations of private office cubicle workspaces, we offer a 30-day credit note that can be used for future bookings.

Note: Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation includes a valid reason. Please make sure to mention it in your request.


All refund requests must be submitted through email at contact@indoretechvalley.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 - 10 working days after approval.
